From Exit 35 of the Maine Turnpike: 

Get into the right turn lane as you come off the turnpike, turn right onto Route 111.  You will go straight through any lights you encounter.  Follow Rt.111 to Alfred.  At the intersection of Route 4, Route 111 becomes Route 202.  Go straight here continuing on 202.  You will pass various car lots on your right.  When you see CMP on your left, prepare to get in the right lane to turn right at the light at the top of the hill.  There will be a John Deere dealership on your left as you turn here.  Follow this road, there will be a light directly in front of Carl Lamb School, go straight here.  This is Pleasant St.  Follow it past a laundry mat on your left then a big brick apartment complex.  The road will veer to the left, follow it to the left, churches will be on your right.  The road goes up a slight hill to a traffic light.  As you go up the hill, ease to the right.  You will turn right onto Route 109. Rite Aid will be on your right, then on your left, the new courthouse, slow down.  You’ll see Springvale library and a Baptist church.  You want to turn left onto the street directly after the church, Kirk Street.  Follow it three streets on your right turn onto King Street.  We are the big brick building!  Enter through the “Girls” door!  

 

 
From the South via Maine Turnpike (I-95)
•Take Exit 19 Sanford/Wells
•Take a RIGHT onto Route 109. Follow Route 109 for about 12 miles - you’ll go past Route 99 (on the right), Sanford Airport (on the left), the Weathervane Seafoods (on the left), etc.
•At the stoplight (intersection of Rt 109 & Route 4A) go straight.  Go through six more traffic lights - this will take you through the center of town.  You’ll pass Wal-Mart, Burger King, McDonald’s, Amato’s Mid-Town Mall.  After going through the sixth traffic light (intersection of Route 202; 7-11 and York County Federal Credit Union on your right), you’ll go past Shop N Save, Gowen Park, a tennis court, and several brick buildings (Sanford Junior High School, the Memorial Gym, the Willard School, and the American Legion Hall). 
•Continue on for approximately 2 miles you will go through the Springvale square. (Right-Aide will be to your right and the Fire Station off to your left) continue through the light past the court house and the Baptist church take a LEFT onto Kirk Street then your third RIGHT onto King Street.  We are in a large brick former elementary school building.
•Enter the building via the closest entrance to the parking lot. The office is up one set of stairs, turn right and the office is the 2nd door on the left.

From the North via Maine Turnpike (I-95)
25-30 minutes from exit 4 to SCAE
•Take Exit 32 Biddeford.
•Take a RIGHT onto Route 111. You’ll go through six full-stop traffic lights. (Walmart, Home Depot, Intersection of Route 35, Intersection of Route 202/4, Intersection of Route 11A - Shaw’s Ridge, Intersection of River St in Sanford).
•At the seventh light, bear RIGHT onto Main Street (Route 109) in Sanford (York County Federal Credit Union is on your right on the corner.) Heading North on Route 109, you’ll pass Shop N Save, Gowen Park, a tennis court, and several brick buildings (Sanford Junior High School, the Memorial Gym, the Willard School, and the American Legion Hall). 
•Just past the American Legion Hall, and just before Miller Ford Sales, take a RIGHT onto Sanford High Blvd. at the Sanford High School/Sanford Regional Vocational Center sign.  The traffic pattern takes you around the back of the building and back to the front canopied entrance.  Parking is near the main entrance or on the side parking lots.
•Enter the building via the main entrance.
